Neville Goddard Methods

1 . The Golden Rule Method: Do unto others as you want to be done unto you. This method is based on the premise that you get what you give in life.

2 . “How Did I?” Technique: This technique is based on eliciting the experience of having your desire achieved. For example, you’d randomly ask yourself: “how did I manage to get this massive house”.

3 . SATS (State Akin To Sleep) Technique: When you are in the moment between being awake and falling to sleep. Place what you want to manifest in your thoughts and keep it there.

4 . Revision Technique: With this technique, you use your imagination to revisit your day and relive your experiences as you’d like them to have panned out. This method is blessed used before you sleep.

5 . I Remember When Technique: This technique is used to move you into a brand new state of mind. An example would be “I remember when I didn’t have this new car”

6 . “Congratulations” Manifestation Technique: With this technique, you simply imagine someone congratulating you on your accomplishments. This implies that the wish is fulfilled.

7. Fast Forward Technique: With this method, you move forward in time(using your imagination) to experience your wish fulfilled. As you wake up in the morning, imagine your day and play it out as you’d like it to play out until the moment you are about to head to bed.

8. I AM Technique: With the I AM Technique, you used the I AM Mantra to affirm your desire. I Am rich, I am happy, I am loving, etc.

9. Eavesdropping Technique: With this method, you imagine yourself overhearing two or more people talking about your accomplishments. A good example would be imagining someone you know saying to someone else: “Her new car looks gorgeous, how can she possibly afford that?”

10. There here, Then now method: Using your imagination, place yourself in the position of your manifested desires. While in that position imagine the position “you were once in” (which is your current position). So imagine being in the driver’s seat of your new car then remember when you used to walk or drive an older car.

11. I become you technique: With this method, you become someone else experiencing you with your wish fulfilled.

12. Isn’t it wonderful/thank you Method: As you think of your desire say to yourself, isn’t it wonderful that I have [your desire] or thank you for [your desire].

Scripting Methods

13. Scripting Manifestation: With this method, you write your lives experiences as if your desire has already been attained. If you want a 6-figure salary, in your journal write how it feels to be earning a 6 figure salary.

14. 369 Method: The 369 method involves writing down what you’d like to manifest three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening.

15. 5×55 Manifestation Method: With the 55×5 manifesting technique, you select an affirmation (A goal written in its achieved form)and write it down 55 times each day. This method lasts for 5 days.

16. 1X11 Method (111): Even shorter than the 222 methods, the 111 method is done in the span of a day. You write an affirmation of your picking 11 times for a day. This method is less effective than the other methods unless done for more than 1 day.

17. 2X22 Method (222): If you’re running on time and want to start manifesting right away. The 222 method is a good pick. It is the 555 Method done in the span of two days. You write an affirmation 22 times a day for two days

18. 3X33 Method: The method is an abbreviated version of the 5X55(Or 555) Method. What you do is you pick an affirmation and write it 33 times every day for three days.

19. 4X44 Method (444): A lot like the 5X55 method. The 4X44 method is done in the span of 4 days where you write an affirmation 44 times a day for four days.

20. 6X66 Method: Another affirmations scripting method. This is done in the span of 6 days where you write your affirmation 66 times a day for 6 days.

21. 7X77 Manifestation Method: If you want better results out of the 5X55 method try going for 7 days. Write your goal on your journal 77 times each day for 7 days.

22. Letter From Future Self: With this technique, you simply write a letter to your current self from your future self. In this letter, you fill yourself in on what you have achieved. This can be a few months from now or a few years. Totally up to you.

23. Gratitude Journaling: This method is similar to the gratitude loop method. Instead of affirming, you write what you are grateful for in a journal. This is done before calling it a night where you can recall your entire day.

24. Intentions Journaling: With Intentions Journaling, you write down what you intend to accomplish. Could be a short-term (daily) or a long-term (annual) intention. This is similar to writing goals & objectives.

25. Future Self Q&A: For this manifestation method, write down a list of questions and answers for your future self, from the perspective that you have already achieved your desire. An example would be:

Question: So, how does it feel to have purchased that new BMW?

Answer: Well, to be honest, there is something about the smell of a new car that has me feeling like I run this world!

26. The Prosperity Game: This method focuses on financial abundance.

On the first day, take a sheet of paper and write out an amount. Let’s say $1,000. Then imagine yourself spending the $1,000. Write down all the details of how you’d spend that money.

On the next day, do the same but increase the amount of money you want to spend. Keep this going for a week.

27. Limiting beliefs Journaling: Negative beliefs are the cause of all failure. This is simply because they are embedded in our subconscious mind from a young age. Self-limiting beliefs do not correspond with positive life changes and therefore should be removed.

Write down all your limiting beliefs in a journal to make them visual to the conscious mind.

Affirmation 1

Timer Methods

28. One Minute Manifestor: This technique is done in under a minute. What you do is set the timer for 23 seconds. As you begin, close your eyes and visualize yourself. Feel the excitement, happiness & Joy. Hold the thought and level of joyful feelings until the 23-second buzzer hits. Then, open your eyes and take two deep breaths. Once done, repeat the process.

29. 17-Seconds Manifestation Method: This method is widely accepted by followers of Abraham hicks. According to Esther Hicks, it takes 17 seconds of uninterrupted thought to activate the process of manifestation.

Be still and daydream about your desires for 17 seconds. Do this 4 times to get a total of 68 seconds. Or you can do it the first time for 17 seconds, then set the time to 51 seconds to practice holding your thought for longer.

30. 999 Manifestation Technique: The number 999 resembles the beginning of something new according to angel numbers. Pick an affirmation and repeat it 9 times. Then, focus on that affirmation for 9 seconds. Repeat this process for 9 days.

Visualization Methods

31. Nevillizing: This method is based on feeling it as if it is real. Similar to the act as if method although it is more focused on feelings rather than just thoughts.

32. Multi-perspective visualization: This method is similar to Neville Goddard’s I become your technique. Jump into someones else’s shoes and visualize them witnessing you having achieved your desires.

33. The Movie Method: For this method, pick out a movie that resembles what you’d like to manifest. Then, pick a character in the movie and pretend to be him or her.

34. Multi-Sensory visualization: This method is similar to the Nevillizing method. What you do is use all your senses to visualize having your desire in its entirety. Visualize having your desire in its entirety. Imagine how the atmosphere smells? Imagine how the leather of your new car feels against your skin.

35. Virtual Reality Method: This visualization method is used to induce positive feelings. Find a quiet place to sit and visualize a reality where you are thriving and feeling really good.

36. Higher Self Visualization: This is an exercise that empowers our inner world and brings to reality who we truly are and what we truly desire.

37. Mental Rehearsal Technique: Imagine yourself sitting in a movie theatre. The movie you are watching is a movie about you and your accomplished desires. Then, step into the movie and become that image. Feel the feelings and pay attention to minor details like what you are wearing and what the atmosphere smells like. Then, step out of the movie and recollect your thoughts.

Object Techniques

38. Vision Boarding: Collect a set of images and objects that speak to the future you want to create. Then place the images and objects on the board. The board can be placed anywhere you desire. Here are some vision board examples.

39. Two Cup Method: This method is based on the concept of dimension jumping. What you do is take two cups and place labels on them. One label resembles your current situation (single, lonely) and the other resembles your desire (happy, in a relationship) Then you fill up the current situation cup with drinkable water and leave the other cup empty.

Analise the full cup, pay attention to your feelings as you think of your current situation then take the cup and pour the water in the desires cup.

40. Pillow Method: Write a goal or desire on a piece of paper and place it under your pillow before you go to bed. Then go to sleep without giving it attention

42. Mirror Manifestation Technique: this method is used to eliminate a negative self-image which lowers your internal vibration. Stand in front of a mirror and pay attention to what you think when you look at yourself. The mirror acts as a boomerang and returns your thoughts to you along with their energy. The point is to think good things about yourself.

43. Place Mat Process: For this technique, divide a piece of paper into two equal parts by drawing a line in the middle. On one side of the paper, write down what you’d like to accomplish today, on the other side write down what you’d like the universe to do for you.

44. Magical Manifestation Box Method: Create a box out of anything (A shoebox or whatever) you can decorate as you’d like. Then gather images and objects that resemble what you want to manifest. Place these objects in the box and await your desire to manifest.

45. The Wallet Method: This method is used to attract abundance into your life.

Place $100 (or more) in your wallet and keep it in there. Whenever you see something you like tell yourself you can buy it at any time because you have money in your wallet.

46. Worry Box Method: This method is based on letting go of your fears and anxieties. Write down your fears on pieces of paper and place the papers in a box. When you feel you are ready to let your fears go, place the papers in a shredder or in a fire.

41. Focus wheel: In the centre of the wheel, you’d have one major desire. And around it would be thoughts that lead to your major desire. If you want to achieve optimal health. write ” I want to be healthy in the middle then around you main desire, right thoughts like, I will eat healthily or I will workout daily.

47. The Creative Workshop Method: This method is meant to help you focus your attention on the four areas of your life. Take a sheet of paper and divide it into four sections. Label each section as follows, wealth/work, relationship, fitness, and home. In each section write down your desires for each area of your life. Also, write down why you want to achieve that desire.

Affirmation Methods

48. Ho’oponopono Technique: Hoʻoponopono is a Hawaiian prayer of reconciliation and forgiveness. The Prayer goes like this: “I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you.” For deep healing and forgiveness, repeat the prayer 108 times.

49. Subconscious programming: Your subconscious plays a huge role in the actions you take and how you react in certain situations. Subconscious reprogramming is rewriting negative or unwanted thoughts and replacing them with positive thoughts to help you manifest. This could be through using any of the methods mentioned in this post.

50. Positive Affirmations: Affirmations are positive statements you repeat to yourself to align with what you want to achieve. examples would be, “I am worth it” or “The universe has my back”

51. Wouldn’t it be nice’ game: What you do here is you complete the sentence “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” with what you want to desire.

52. Permission Practice Method: Simply giving yourself permission to attain your desires using affirmations like “I permit myself to be who I truly am” or “I permit myself to be wealthy.​

53. Rapid Affirmations: This method is basically using affirmations rapidly. This means repeating your affirmations hundreds of times per sitting.

54. Rampage of Appreciation: With this method, you appreciate what you have at all times. Similar to the gratitude loop method. Although with this method, you find something specific (that makes you happy) to be grateful for.

55. Prayer Practice: This doesn’t have to be religious. What you do is you ask the universe for assistance and guidance. We often overlook this but it is a viable technique that has worked for many.

56. Gratitude loop Method: A gratitude loop is when you are immersed in giving thanks for what you have at all times.

57. Shower Manifestation Technique: The basic premise of this method is to use one of the purest elements to cleats negative energy. This involves using affirmations like “I am allowing this clean water to remove all of the stress, tension, negative energy, and negative beliefs from my mind”. Then, before you are about to finish showering use this affirmation: “Now, I can feel that my inner being is completely pure and refreshed. I am ready for receiving wonderful manifestations from the Universe”.

Thinking Methods

58. Which Thought Feels better: This method is based on analyzing which thought makes you feel better. Take a piece of paper and write down two thoughts. Then, analyze which one makes you feel better. Once you’ve found the thought that makes you feel better, write down the next thought. This process goes on until you are out of thoughts.

59. Four Fantastic Thoughts Method: The rule here is simple. For every negative thought, think up three positive thoughts.

60. Quantum Jumping: The notion here is that there are parallel realities running simultaneously. Quantum Jumping is jumping into the reality that you desire.

61. Thought Spamming technique: This technique works much like mindful meditation where you retarget your focus on your breathing. What you do is you retarget your focus on a thought(desired outcome) when your mind wanders. Tedious but effective.

62. Pivoting Technique: This method works best when you are in constant motion of negative thoughts. Use your negative thoughts to redirect your thought. Say to yourself, “I know what I don’t want, so what is it that I do want?” And, let the positive thoughts roll in.

63. 360 degrees Method: This method was coined by Roxy. Basically, we make sure that all our thoughts are on board with what we want to manifest. The entirety of our thoughts should be based on what our desires are. We should be thinking in terms of the person that has achieved the desires.

64. Conscious Belief Assessment: Your mind contains beliefs that are leading you on a certain path. And, in a lot of cases, these are negative beliefs. The conscious belief assessment is analyzing your beliefs and realizing that they are the cause of your failures.

65. Segment Intending: This method is used to keep a positive vibration for a specific upcoming event. This is done best in the morning. Think about your day and set boundaries on how you want to feel for the rest of the day. Doing this will help maintain that energy.

Bedtime Techniques

66. Bedtime Reprogramming: This method is similar to Neville Goddard’s SATS Method. The best time to reprogram your subconscious mind is when you are in between the state of being awake and the state of sleep. In this period, listen to subliminal recordings and positive affirmations.

67. Dream Evaluation Method: Dreams are a direct reflection of our dominating thoughts. So refer to your dreams to get a clear sight of your direction. By analyzing your dreams when you wake up, you can figure out if you are aligned with your desires or not.

68. Dream log: With this method, you recall your dreams and jot them down into a journal. By keeping a log, you become in touch with your path and your higher guidance.

69. Overnight Manifestation Technique: Before you sleep, close your eyes and relax while you lay in your bed. Wish for your specific desire and while you think about it, feel what it would be like to have it in your position. Lastly, Let go of your wish by saying: “Dear Universe, I am ready to receive [your desire].”

70. Sleep Manifestation Technique: Your unconscious mind is most active when you are asleep. With this technique, select an affirmation audio tape (you can find a ton of them on YouTube) and listen to it overnight. Use headphones for the best experience.

Nebula Techniques

72. Lions Gate Portal Technique: This manifestation technique is performed once a year and the best day is the 8th of August. Between the 26th of July and the 12th of August, a spiritual portal opens up. This apparently makes way for manifestation and it’s a great time for you to focus on your desires.

73. Full Moon Manifesting Ritual: With this technique, you use the power of the full moon to manifest your desires.

Other Methods

74. Act ‘as if’ Method: I am sure you have heard the saying “Fake it till you make it”. Well, this implies that when you see your desires as achieved, you make way for their manifestation.

75. Meditation Manifestation: Meditation has been used for manifestation by many and celebrities vouch for it. What it does is raise your internal vibrations opening you up to receiving your desire. You need to have a clear desire before dwelling on meditation as a manifesting method.

76. Decluttering your environment: Clutter can block your ability to think clearly. And, without a clear mindset, you cannot manifest anything.

77. Examine Your Why: Oftentimes we don’t take the time to figure out why we want to manifest whatever it is we want. Have you taken the time to consider what it would make of you to achieve your desire? This helps with clarity and also adds fuel to your manifestation.

78. Give More: The more you give the more you get. Give love and you get love. Give time, mental & physical work and you get money.

79. Outside the box: When you step outside of your comfort zone, you make way for changes in your life. Move towards the direction of your desires, and be willing to do what it takes to overcome the obstacles.

80. Positive Networks: Less of a method but deserves to be on the list. Hand out with people who realize that negative actions and talk are the roots of not manifesting anything.

81. The Retrospective Process: This process begins with feeling what you want to be as already done then writing a quick to-do list of the things you would do if you were in that position. Once you have your to-do list, go ahead and do some of the things on the list.

82. Going 3 for 3: In order to achieve what you desire, you must think, feel and act. This method was coined by Mr. James Arthur Ray in his book Harmonic Wealth®

83. WOOP Method: WOOP Stands for Wish, Outcome, Obstacles, and Plan. Basically, when you have a wish, you need to specify the desired outcome, the obstacles you might come across, and draft a definite plan to achieve the outcome.

84. Wish Manifestation Technique: Making wishes has been know to manifest desires. especially if that desire is concrete. The trick with this technique is letting the universe know of your wish by affirming it (“I wish I had blah blah”) and letting your wish go. You can say “I would like to have that, but, I am ok with not getting it”
